Shipping policy

We ship international orders via DHL from our Asahikawa warehouse in Hokkaido, and fulfillment typically takes one business day (Monday to Friday, Japan Time, excluding national holidays) after payment confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days.
